Information we collect

When you inquire, request our pricing guide, message us through the chat window on this site, or book a tour, we collect the details you choose to give us — your name, email address, mobile number, and information about your event, such as your preferred date, your guest count, and which setting you have in mind.

How we use your information

We use it to answer your question, send your pricing guide, schedule and confirm your tour, and — where you have asked for them — send planning and promotional messages about the estate. We do not use it for anything else.

How you opt in to text messages

Text messages are never sent unless you ask for them. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and ticking the box that consents to text messages — either in the chat window on this site or on our pricing guide request form. That box is separate and optional: you can ask for pricing, book a tour, or message us without agreeing to marketing texts, and consent to texts is never a condition of booking or of any purchase.

Text messages & how to stop them

If you opt in, we may send messages about your inquiry and your wedding planning, and — where you consented to marketing — occasional offers, event news, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them at once, or reply HELP for help. You can also call 877.292.3112 or email events@blueberryhillestate.com and we will remove you.

We never sell or share your mobile information

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive text messages, and the phone number you gave it with, are never shared with anyone outside Blueberry Hill Estate LLC.

We share your information only with the service providers who run this for us — our customer relationship and messaging platform, our tour scheduling tool, and our telephone provider — and only so they can deliver the messages and bookings you asked for. They act on our instructions, are bound to keep your information confidential, and may not use it for their own purposes.
